Yes. Every piece is made by hand in our London studio using traditional techniques and carefully selected materials.

We offer beautiful packaging, and can include a personalised note if you make this request at the time of purchase.

Delivery times depend on whether your piece is ready to ship or made to order, as well as your shipping destination. Dispatch estimates are provided on each product page.

We recommend storing your jewellery carefully when not in use and avoiding contact with water, perfume, lotions and cleaning products. Gentle cleaning with a soft cloth will help maintain its finish. Please visit our Care Guide for more information.

Please refer to our returns policy for full details. As a general rule, ready to ship items are eligible for return as long as un-worn, while made to order or custom pieces are non-refundable.

Made to order means your piece is created especially for you once your order is placed. This allows us to make each piece with care and intention rather than holding large quantities in stock.
