Can I request a custom/bespoke piece?

Absolutely. We can make anything bespoke, whether that is a tweak on something existing or something completely new! You can read more on our Bespoke page or get in touch with info@goldfinchjewellery.co

Do you make one-of-a-kind pieces?

Yes. Our one-of-a-kind pieces are made in very limited quantities or as single editions, so once sold they may not be repeated.

Is your jewellery handmade?

Yes. Every piece is made by hand in our London studio using traditional techniques and carefully selected materials.

Where is your jewellery made?

All of our jewellery is handcrafted in London.

What materials do you use?

We work with solid 18ct gold, solid 9ct gold and sterling silver. Material details are listed on each product page.

How long does made to order take?

Lead times vary depending on the design, but estimated production times are shown on each product page. If you need something for a particular date, please get in touch before ordering.

Do you offer gift packaging?

We offer beautiful packaging, and can include a personalised note if you make this request at the time of purchase.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on whether your piece is ready to ship or made to order, as well as your shipping destination. Dispatch estimates are provided on each product page.

How should I care for my jewellery?

We recommend storing your jewellery carefully when not in use and avoiding contact with water, perfume, lotions and cleaning products. Gentle cleaning with a soft cloth will help maintain its finish. Please visit our Care Guide for more information.

Do you accept returns?

Please refer to our returns policy for full details. As a general rule, ready to ship items are eligible for return as long as un-worn, while made to order or custom pieces are non-refundable.

What does made to order mean?

Made to order means your piece is created especially for you once your order is placed. This allows us to make each piece with care and intention rather than holding large quantities in stock.
